Clinical Leadership & Compliance Consulting
I support behavioral health organizations and private practices in building strong, ethical, and sustainable systems of care. After spending years running treatment centers and supervising multiple levels of clinical programming, I understand how much responsibility leaders carry and how overwhelming it can feel to hold clinical, operational, and compliance expectations all at once.
Alongside organizational consulting, I also coach women in behavioral health leadership who want to step into their confidence, own their voice, and lead in a way that feels aligned, grounded, and truly authentic.
About My Background
My career in behavioral health has been shaped by leadership roles across the full continuum of care, including Program Director, Assistant Clinical Director, Clinical Director, Chief Clinical Officer, and Chief Clinical & Operations Officer.
I’ve overseen Residential, Day/Night (PHP), IOP, and Outpatient programs; supervised clinical and operational teams; developed and implemented clinical programming; and made sure organizations met DCF, Joint Commission, SEFBHN, and contractor standards. I’ve revised policies, trained teams, passed accreditation surveys, managed EMR transitions, and built systems that support both staff and clients.
I’ve lived the pressure, the responsibility, the audits, the staffing challenges, the program development, and the day-to-day realities that leaders face. And I know how transformative it can be when an organization finally has structure, clarity, and supportive leadership in place.

Leadership Coaching for Women in Behavioral Health
So many women in our field find themselves in leadership without ever being taught how to lead. We learn through experience, often through fire, and often while doubting ourselves or feeling the weight of others’ expectations.
My coaching style is supportive, empowering, and deeply grounded in helping women reconnect with who they are as leaders not just what their role demands.
I help women:
Step into leadership with confidence and clarity
Communicate more effectively and set healthy boundaries
Navigate team dynamics and organizational politics
Lead without abandoning themselves
Feel aligned with their decisions rather than overwhelmed by them
This is for the woman who knows she has a voice and a vision but wants the support to step into it more fully.
Why Leadership, Quality Assurance & Compliance Matter
The truth is: none of us learned this in grad school. We learned theories, diagnoses, and interventions but not:
How to run a program
How to supervise a team
How to pass an audit
How to build policies
How to manage crisis after crisis
How to structure documentation and workflow
How to create systems that support growth rather than chaos
These skills are learned on the job, often in high-pressure environments where mistakes feel costly and burnout is real.
Strong leadership and solid systems aren’t just about compliance, they’re about protecting your staff, improving client care, and creating an environment where people can breathe,
